Hey y'all. Happy Tuesday! Just a quick post today because I got in really late last night. Did you get in late too? Bet you did if you were at the Big Reveal! Yep, I was at the SU Live Premiere of the new catalog. Let me just say if you weren't there, you missed something Super!!!

The Nachos have a Sketch Challenge for you this week. I used mine to make a birthday card for my boss. What will you make with it? Here's what I came up with-

I used a Z-Fold for this card. However, since there's a lot of us at work I knew I 'd need more space than was available to write on. To solve this I took the other half of my sheet of cardstock and glued it to the back of my card so the card opened up and had two sections to write on. I was so happy with how this turned out and my boss like it too. The only thing was it didn't fit in a regular envelope. :( The banners were just a little too long. It would have fit if I had moved the focal point over instead of lining it up with the fold. Oh well. :)

Here's the sketch-

I apologize for the picture quality, I forgot to download the pic. Luckily I had taken a pic of my computer screen with my phone so I could take it into my studio.

Here's a look at the inside-

Well, that's all I have for you today. I hope you liked my card and I hope it inspires you to play along with us. As always if you have any questions about today's card, please feel free to leave me a message below and I'll be sure to get back to you.

Thanks so much for taking time our of your busy day to stop by my little corner of the world. You are very appreciated! Till Next Time-

Remember- Life is often more about the storms than the peace they seek to overwhelm. It's not about Waiting for the storms to pass, but Learning to Dance in the rain.

Be Safe-
Shan
